Returns Policy

We are enthusiastic about the quality of our products. However, if you are for whatever reason not happy with the goods you can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund.

Returns must be unused items, in original condition including the packaging.

Please contact us via email if you wish to return any goods.

Exchanges/refunds will be issued after item has been returned and subject to satisfactory inspection. Shipping is non-refundable. 

 

Faults

We do not experience many faults, but if you believe you have a faulty product we would like to ask you to get in touch with us first.
